Kolkata-based cinematographer, Modhura Palit is the first Indian to receive Angenieux Encouragement Award at the Cannes Film Festival 2019. She studied cinematography from Satyajit Ray film and Television Institute; one of the premier film schools of the country and is also a member of Indian Women Cinematographers Collective (IWCC) and Eastern India Cinematographers Association (EICA).

She has also received the "PESGSPC" Honorary Membership for the Outstanding Contribution to International Art Photography by Cyprus Pascal English School and Greek School Photography Club and the PESGSPC Grand Progress Award "GPA - By FIAP (Fédération Internationale de l'Art Photographique).

She has participated and represented India as Part of the global Looking China 2015 Youth film Project and was also a fellow of the Asian Film Academy. Modhura is one of the Experts on our panel.


Bijon Imtiaz is an award-winning writer, director and producer. His debut feature film Kingdom of Clay Subjects has World Premiered at 42nd Seattle International Film Festival, won the Best Film Award at 7th Chicago South Asian Film Festival. Bijon is also a producer of the critically acclaimed feature film Live from Dhaka, whichhas had its World Premiere at Singapore International Film Festival, winning the best director and best actor award in the process. It has also played at International Film Festival of Rotterdam, Locarno International Film Festival, and has recently been picked up by French Sales company Stray Dogs. 

Bijon is the first Bangladeshi Film Production/Directing MFA- graduate from the prestigious Film, Television, and Theatre Department of University of California, Los Angeles. He has received numerous awards for his filmmaking including Motion Picture Association of America Awards, Edie and Lew Wasserman Film Production fellowship, Dorothy Arzner Memorial Awards, and The Nancy Richardson Fund. Bijon is one of the experts on this panel.


Siddharth is a Writer-Director-Producer based in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. His films have travelled across the globe and won several international awards their unique content. 

Siddharth has organized several Filmmaking Workshops, mentored Mass Media / Film Students, provided Internships opportunities and has also served as a Mentor, Visiting Faculty, Guest Speaker & Jury Member at various Schools, Universities & reputed National Design & Technology Institutes of India like NIFT & NIIT. 

He started his production house, Secret Corridor Pictures with the aim of working with the local talent in Himachal and since then has been working towards identifying fresh talent in the field of writing, acting, editing, camera & film production. After making several short films Siddharth is now venturing into the world of feature films and he also plans to write a book someday!
